    rules say 1win has to OFFICIALLY launch a token. 1win itself said on oct 31 that claim and start of trading are separate stages and official trading starts nov 3. every pool on oct 31 was opened by random holders and 1win called them unofficial. thats basically pre-market/otc, which never counts as a launch. the clarification just skips the word officially. this should be P1, or at the very least P3
