    Remember the whole Bitcoin ETF approval circus? First, the SEC’s Twitter account announced the approval. Then Gary Gensler said the account had been hacked. And shortly afterward, the ETFs were officially approved anyway. The whole “hack” story looked staged to me. I’m convinced something similar will happen here, and everyone betting “No” is going to get wrecked.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source is Congress.gov’s legislation tracker (https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/3633) and other official information from the government of the United States, however other credible reporting may be used.
